These courses are focused on practical skills that can be used by mum and dad during labour and birth. They also give essential information about pain management options and hospital procedures. Each course is approx 7 hours in length and held on a Saturday or Sunday between 9.30am and 4.30pm. We will have a 30 minute break for lunch - participants will need to bring a packed lunch. Tea, coffee, juices and cakes will be provided throughout the day. You could easily combine this course with a weekend break. Given the course is held near the end of pregnancy and after a full working week this course can feel intense so we ensure we have frequent breaks through the day and facilitate the material in a fun and enthusiastic manner. |
