BY BOOKING A COURSE WITH MUMDAD ANTENATAL YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THESE CONDITIONS “WE” “US” AND “OUR” SHALL MEAN MUMDAD ANTENATAL.

1. Our commitment

1.1 We promise to deliver a high quality antenatal education service.

1.2 We pride our selves in delivering great courses and if for any reason you are not satisfied with the course that is delivered we promise to listen to your complaint and deal with it in a fair manner. Details of how to contact us are given on our Contact Us page.

 

2. Payment

2.1 Payment in full is required once we have confirmed your course booking.

2.2 Payment can be made by bank transfer or PayPal. When we confirm your course booking bank/PayPal details will be provided.

 

3.  Cancellation

3.1 In the unlikely event that a MumDad Antenatal course is cancelled you may either book an alternative course or you may request a full refund.

3.2 If you cancel a booking at least 5 weeks before your course is scheduled to start, any monies paid to MumDad Antenatal will be refunded. Bookings cancelled within 5 weeks of a course starting will be fully chargeable.

 

4. Medical matters

4.1 We do not provide medical advice in our courses. In the courses you will be required to practice positions and breathing techniques which will aid your labour. Please check with your midwife/GP to confirm that you can participate in physical skills before booking.

4.2 If you are aware of any medical conditions that you or your partner are suffering which may impact your performance in class please highlight these when booking on to the course.

6. Facilitators

6.1 We endeavour to have two facilitators for each session. Usually these will be Harps Chhokar and Randip Chhokar. The breastfeeding components of the course may be facilitated by a train breastfeeding counsellor and either Harps or Randip.

6.2 On rare occasions due to circumstances outside of our control (e.g. Harps shift pattern at the hospital) we may run a session with only one facilitator. We do all we can to avoid this as we prefer teaching together to ensure that both mums and dads are equally catered for.
