MumDad Antenatal Classes have been designed to prepare parents for this life changing event and provides mums & dads with a toolkit of skills which they will find valuable in preparing for the birth of their baby.

MumDad Antenatal Classes help to:

· allow for comprehensive learning in a fun and informal setting

· are facilitated by a trained National Childbirth Trust* (NCT) Antenatal Teacher so have the benefits of NCT classes as well as the benefits of being co-facilitated

We are unique because all our sessions are jointly led by male and female facilitators. Other antenatal classes exist, however, these are typically taught by a female facilitator.

Research shows that most typical antenatal classes alienate men. By choosing a course which is co-facilitated you are getting the best opportunity for you and your partner to both benefit from the class.
