Congratulations!

Finding out that you are going to be a parent is one of the most exciting times of your life. MumDad antenatal have designed antenatal education which prepares parents for this life changing event and provides mums and dads with a toolkit of skills which they will find valuable in preparing for the birth of their baby.

MumDad Antenatal offer a range of courses which:

· prepare mums and dads for birth and early parenthood

· give mums and dads the opportunity to meet other parents to be

· allow for comprehensive learning in a fun and informal setting

· are facilitated by a trained National Childbirth Trust (NCT) Antenatal Teacher so have the benefits of NCT classes as well as the benefits of being co-facilitated

We are unique because all our sessions are jointly led by male and female facilitators. Other antenatal courses exist, however, these are typically taught by a female facilitator.

Research shows that most typical antenatal courses alienate men. By choosing a course which is co-facilitated you are getting the best opportunity for you and your partner to both benefit from the class.
